We ride at a casual pace and stick to bike lanes, side streets and alleyways. Toronto is as flat as a pancake so you don’t need to worry about hills.

That being said, we highly recommend that guests are comfortable riding through urban environments

Our tours are not full blown food tours!

They are bike tours first, with a tasting component to add a different dimension to the experience. 

In order to meet the needs of both children and adults, age limits of our tours are 13 years and older. If you have young ones and would like to see the city by bike, contact us and we can set up a private tour. 

Since we are limited to our route, we cannot accomodate vegan diets or diets that include allergies to dair, milk, egg and nuts.

We can accommodate vegetarians and pescatarians.

We take safety seriously. In the case of heavy rain or dangerous weather, we will have to cancel our tours. In these cases you will have the chance to reschedule or be fully refunded.

If it starts to rain lightly on one of our tours, our guide will provide you with a light poncho to keep you dry on our adventure. 

Cancellations 24 hours or longer before tour departure will be fully refunded. Since our tours are limited in availability, cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. 

If you will like to reschedule a tour, please reach out to us and we may be able to accommodate. 

The tours start and end at Toronto’sUnion Station. The station is easily accessible by TTC or GO transit. There are plenty of parkades in the area as well if you’re looking to drive in.

Our meeting point is outside the front of the station at the little clock tower on Front Street. 

Yes! Our tours require a lot of logistics and planning. On top of that they typically sell out, so it is best to book in advance. 

You should arrive at least 10 minutes before tour departure. 

In consideration of other guests, we cannot wait for late comers. If you are late give us a ring and we may be able to get you caught up with the group. Please note no refunds will be given for late arrivals or no shows. 

We provide comfort cruisers that are designed to be a breeze to ride through the city. Helmets will be provided as well

Yes! We take safety seriously. All our guests will be required to wear a helmet on tour.
